Scott Raycroft-Wright grew up in Newmarket, Ontario before attending the University of Western Ontario, where he earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in 2011 and a Juris Doctor in 2019. He practised law in Belleville, Ontario for six years before joining Tarnowecky Law in Kingston.
