About Kelly

Kelly practises commercial law and taxation, focusing on transactional business law and corporate reorganizations for corporate and private clients, including conveyancing, leasing, financing and governance matters. She leads a charities and not-for-profit practice advising foundations and charities on governance, establishment, winding-up, fundraising and risk management. Kelly serves on the firm's Executive Committee and is the firm's ambassador for TAGLaw, a global alliance of independent law firms.
