About Levi
Levi Marshall is an associate who is a member of Membertou First Nation in Nova Scotia, of Mi'kmaq and European lineage, and grew up in Lower Sackville. He completed his JD at Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 2024. While at Osgoode, he conducted mediations at Small Claims Court, helped draft chapters for a guide on working with Indigenous peoples, and volunteered with York University's Centre for Human Rights, Equity and Inclusion on human rights and employment law research. Before law school, Levi earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University, with a minor in business and public relations. He has worked in communications and multimedia at TD Securities, contributed to television and film productions, and served as a multimedia coordinator with Mi'kmaw Kina'matnewey in Membertou, Nova Scotia. He focuses on serving Indigenous communities and advocating for recognition of their rights.
