About Arian

Arian Monadjem has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts and various administrative tribunals, handling matters ranging from major commercial disputes to urgent individual claims. He often encourages dialogue and alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate. Monadjem was appointed to the Advocates' Society Young Advocates Standing Committee, one of 40 lawyers across Canada chosen to represent lawyers in their first decade of practice at the bar, and he serves as deputy editor of Keeping Tabs and on the YASC Pro Bono committee. He is available to serve clients in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Farsi.
