About Julia
Julia Potter is a partner in the firm's Competition, Antitrust and Foreign Investment group. She advises clients on all aspects of competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, criminal and civil investigations and regulatory compliance. Potter also advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act and has been involved in numerous high-profile mergers in financial services, energy and manufacturing sectors.
