Sandra Heller has more than 30 years of business and legal experience, gained first in private practice and then in-house with a global provider of access solutions. Heller served as Director of Legal Affairs at Unican Security Systems and later held senior counsel roles with the Kaba Group and Dormakaba Group, including General Counsel for the Americas and Vice President, Associate General Counsel. Heller has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements, overseeing mergers, acquisitions and divestments, and managing cross-border corporate transactions. Earlier in private practice, Heller worked as a general commercial litigator with the firm Heller, Normand. Heller is a registered trademark agent, admitted to the Ontario bar in 2023 in addition to Quebec, and holds an LL.B. from Université de Sherbrooke along with a graduate certificate in North American common law from Université de Montréal.
