About Stéphane

Stéphane Bisson is a Montreal lawyer and family mediator whose practice is dedicated exclusively to family mediation mandates. He informs and represents couples going through a relationship breakdown about the legal consequences of separation, helping them reach agreements that respect the interests of any children involved. Where an agreement cannot be reached, he represents clients before the courts on matters of custody, child support and the division of family property. Mediation sessions are conducted by videoconference and by appointment only.
