About Lee

Carter's practice focuses on labour and employment law, litigation, and dispute resolution. He advises clients on wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, occupational health and safety investigations, employment standards, and employment contracts and policies, including non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. He has negotiated numerous out-of-court settlements and litigates workplace matters before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench, and administrative tribunals. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2016.
