About Donald

Donald W. MacLeod, K.C. is a partner at O'Brien Devlin MacLeod in Calgary, practicing criminal and civil litigation. Donald earned a law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1976. Donald's criminal cases have ranged from theft to murder, and Donald's personal injury work has included matters from brain injury to paraplegia. Donald has appeared at all levels of Canadian court, successfully argued a matter before the United Nations Human Rights Committee, and was invited to appear before the House of Commons justice committee on extradition law.
