Leah Vidovich is a lawyer at YLaw's Langley office practising estate litigation, civil litigation, and family law. Before becoming a lawyer she worked for several years as a paralegal, and she became a lawyer in 2021 after raising a child as a single parent. Her estate litigation practice focuses on wills variation claims under the Wills, Estates and Succession Act, capacity challenges, and undue influence claims, alongside a family law practice covering high-conflict custody and property division matters. She holds a Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia (2015), a National Certificate of Accreditation from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada (2022), a Post Bachelorette Diploma in Communications (2012), and a Bachelor of Arts (2011), the latter two from Simon Fraser University. Her reported cases include Ngyou v. JNS Flooring Ltd. and V.S.C. v. S.C.C., in which she successfully argued to waive settlement privilege.
