About Laura

Laura Minuk is an associate lawyer at TDS whose practice is concentrated in labour and employment law and civil litigation. She advises employers on discipline, terminations, workplace safety and health matters, employment contracts and policies, human rights issues, and wrongful dismissal litigation, and has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba. Laura is a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Manitoba (2011) and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law (2015), and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2017.
