About Jenna

Jenna practises civil litigation and employment law, focusing primarily on insurance law defending insured parties on claims related to product liability, general property and casualty insurance and municipal liability. Her labour and employment practice covers wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, Canada Labour Code adjudications and workplace safety matters, and she has appeared before the Manitoba Labour Board and the Workers Compensation Board's Appeal Commission. Jenna also acts as independent counsel to victims of sexual assault through Manitoba Justice Victim Services.
