Carol Kerfoot has extensive experience in a broad range of business and real estate transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, business start-ups, and non-institutional financing. She frequently represents vendors divesting family businesses and handles shareholder disputes and corporate governance matters. Born in New Westminster, BC, she holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia. She holds a Martindale Peer Review Rating of BV Distinguished and is an Executive Committee member of Ally Law, and serves in governance roles at the BC Assessment Authority, the Vancouver Airport Authority, the Museum of Vancouver, the Vancouver Police Foundation, and Port Metro Vancouver.
