About Catherine

Catherine Yue summered and articled at Kornfeld LLP before joining as an associate, practising in corporate/commercial mergers and acquisitions and securities and corporate finance. During law school she worked as a clinician with legal clinics including Community Legal Aid and the Class Action Clinic, served as an extern to the HIV Legal Network, and was a teaching assistant in property law. She holds a JD (anticipated 2024) from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta (2021).
