Brad Cramer is a founding partner of Shapray Cramer Fitterman Lamer LLP and now serves as Associate Counsel at Kornfeld LLP. His litigation experience spans complex business disputes, mining cases, environmental law, arbitration, charter rights, religious society disputes, and international conflicts of law, and notable outcomes include a US$90+ million mining and fiduciary duty award and a successful defence against a $200 million EPA injunction. He transitioned from criminal law early in his career to civil litigation, focusing on investigative skills, analytical precision, advocacy, and client decision-making support. He holds an LLB from UBC (1982) and was called to the bar in 1984. He holds a Benchmark Canada 'Litigation Star' distinction, a Distinguished Martindale-Hubbell rating, and is recognized by Best Lawyers Canada for Corporate and Commercial Litigation.
