About Kyle

Kyle Watts is a personal injury and employment lawyer at Kidston Helm Ross with over two decades of experience advocating for clients in accident claims, employment disputes, and human rights matters, including ICBC claims and wrongful dismissal lawsuits. Watts has appeared for clients at every level of court up to the Supreme Court of Canada, and takes cases in both British Columbia and Alberta. Watts earned his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University in 1998 after completing his bachelor's degree at Simon Fraser University in 1993, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1999. He has chaired the Vernon Athletic Commission and, since 2010, has served as a supervisor and corner inspector at UFC events in Vancouver, and has held leadership roles as president of the Vernon Bar Association and the Vernon Club.
