Daniel Draht is an employment and civil litigation lawyer at Kidston Helm Ross, representing employers and employees in workplace disputes including wrongful dismissal, human rights violations, workers' compensation claims, and workplace investigations. Draht also advises on employment contracts, workplace policies, hiring and restructuring, and on compliance with employment standards.
