Daniel Draht is an employment and civil litigation lawyer at Kidston Helm Ross, representing employers and employees in workplace disputes including wrongful dismissal, human rights violations, workers' compensation claims, and workplace investigations. Draht also advises on employment contracts, workplace policies, hiring and restructuring, and on compliance with employment standards. A skilled trial lawyer, Draht has appeared as lead counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia and before administrative tribunals governing employment and labour matters, and he also has experience in civil litigation, including land use disputes and commercial conflicts. He completed his undergraduate degree in business at the University of British Columbia, focusing on accounting, before earning his Juris Doctor at UBC in 2014, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2015.
