About Sunny

Sunny Gakhal is the Managing Partner of DuMoulin Boskovich LLP, combining a litigation practice spanning personal injury, assault and sexual assault claims, estate litigation, commercial litigation, and family law with strategic firm leadership. Since becoming Managing Partner in 2020, he has overseen the firm's expansion across offices in Vancouver, Vernon, and Kelowna, and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia. Sunny serves on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Vernon Association and the Community Dental Access Centre. He holds a B.A. in Criminology from the University of Toronto and a J.D. (Hons) from Bond University, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2015.
