About Ethan

Ethan Wood is a family lawyer at Kidston Helm Ross, helping clients navigate separation, parenting arrangements, and family disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation. A proud Indigenous person, he earned an NCAA scholarship and completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Wisconsin-Superior in three years with a perfect 4.0 GPA, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta. As a goaltender coach, Wood has worked with Team Canada and Team Alberta evaluating elite goaltending prospects, and served as goaltender coach for the Whitecourt Wolverines in the Alberta Junior 'A' Hockey League. He is a board member of the Arts Council of the North Okanagan and president of the Lumby LumberJacks Senior 'AA' Men's Ice Hockey Non-Profit.
