About Kyle
Kyle joined Pushor Mitchell as an articled student in August 2022 and was called to the bar in 2023. His practice now focuses on tax and trust law, estate planning, business law, and provincial and CRA tax disputes, and he has appeared in both Provincial Court and the BC Supreme Court as both litigator and solicitor. He grew up in Lumby, BC, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UBC Okanagan in 2017, and completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta in 2022. Between degrees he worked with the Canadian Mental Health Association on Vancouver Island advocating for people with mental health conditions and homelessness, and he later joined the Association's Kelowna Board of Directors in 2023. During law school he held a teaching fellowship, volunteered with Student Legal Services representing low-income individuals in criminal matters, and served as Associate Chief of the University of Alberta Student Union's bylaw tribunal.
