About Kristopher

Kristopher Kinsinger is a lawyer in SV Law's Civil Litigation and Municipal Law practice groups, working in civil and commercial litigation, defamation law, judicial review applications, constitutional and Charter advocacy, and Provincial Offences Act matters. He has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court. Kristopher earned his JD from Osgoode Hall in 2019 and articled at a national firm in Waterloo before his 2020 call to the Ontario Bar, then completed an LLM at McGill in 2021 on an SSHRC scholarship. Between 2021 and 2024 he served as national director of the Runnymede Society while also working as counsel at a boutique Toronto litigation firm. His legal commentary has appeared in the Supreme Court Law Review, the National Post, and The Hub, and he now serves as a senior fellow with the Cardus think tank and an adjunct lecturer at Redeemer University.
