About Kristin

Kristin Pike practises from Patterson Law's Quinn Street office in Halifax, focusing on residential real estate transactions, wills and estate planning, probate administration, and elder law. Before law school she worked for a seniors' home care company, an experience she draws on when assisting older clients with estate planning. Pike holds a Bachelor of Commerce in finance from Saint Mary's University and earned her law degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, spending a semester on exchange in Brisbane, Australia. She was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2015 and co-chairs the Canadian Bar Association's Nova Scotia Real Property Section. Pike is active with the Halifax Estate Planning Council and the Halifax Chamber of Commerce and has presented at community workshops on estate planning and powers of attorney.
