About Isabelle

Isabelle Moreau is Managing Partner of Cox & Palmer's Moncton office, focusing her practice on corporate and commercial law. She was called to the New Brunswick bar in 1997 after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration and an LL.B. from Université de Moncton, and has extensive experience advising clients on the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate transactions, structuring and reorganizations. Her work includes acting for both borrowers and lenders in commercial financings and secured transactions, as well as for owners and lenders on the purchase, financing and sale of vessels and fishing enterprises. Isabelle is fluent in French and English, is recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner in corporate and commercial law, and is a frequent lecturer and Bar Course instructor on the subject.
