About Killian

Killian McParland is a management-side employment, labour, and human rights lawyer with a client-centric, forward-thinking approach. He advises employers on performance management and discipline, workplace accommodation, terminations and severance, restrictive covenants, occupational health and safety, and union certification and collective bargaining. McParland also assists with labour relations, grievances and arbitrations, and employment matters that arise in corporate transactions. He earned his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2016 and previously served as a judicial law clerk at the Federal Court of Canada.
