About Kirk
Kirk Mason has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta as well as in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Manitoba and Nova Scotia. His practice centres on construction litigation for owners, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals, covering construction deficiencies, builders' liens, property claims, and contract review and drafting. He also handles professional liability claims involving construction design professionals, condominium property litigation, and corporate and commercial disputes over contracts, shareholdings and partnerships. Kirk has recently taken on work as a mediator to help resolve litigation matters and regularly gives seminars on construction issues to clients and industry participants. He volunteers with the Alberta Children's Hospital and supports Canadian Special Olympic athletes.
