Cameron Peacock has practiced insurance and general commercial litigation in Alberta and Ontario for more than 25 years. He represents corporate, individual and municipal insureds in complex litigation disputes, including property damage, bodily injury, and occupiers' liability claims. He also handles professional liability and product liability matters, and advises insurers on potential bad faith claims. Cameron has tried cases in both Alberta and Ontario and has appeared before the Court of Queen's Bench and the Court of Appeal on liability and damages matters. He has extensive experience in multi-party dispute resolution and has presented on litigation topics to clients and the public.
