About David
David Corrigan has practiced almost exclusively as a litigator for nearly 30 years, with substantial trial and courtroom experience including multiple jury trials. His practice focuses on commercial insurance and commercial litigation disputes and construction claims, and he also handles personal injury claims from both plaintiff and defence perspectives, along with defamation and professional negligence matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and in several other jurisdictions, and has extensive experience in mediations and private arbitrations, including complex multi-party matters. David was appointed Queen's Counsel, now King's Counsel, in 2014 and has been recognized by Lexpert and Best Lawyers in Canada for his work in commercial insurance and personal injury litigation.
