About Hind
Hind Masri is an associate in the corporate group in the firm's Calgary office. Her practice focuses on corporate finance, securities, and corporate law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, environmental, social and governance matters, and continuous disclosure compliance. She holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Arts from the University of New Brunswick, where she graduated at the top of her class and received several academic awards, including the Bryden Prize in administrative law. Before joining Osler, Hind worked at another major law firm. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Alberta.
