About Peter

Peter Fedoretz is an associate at Spectrum Family Law's Edmonton office who focuses exclusively on family law matters, including parenting, child and spousal support, property division, and divorce. He graduated with honours from the University of Southampton in the UK before returning to Canada and completing the NCA equivalency exams, then articled at a boutique family law firm in Calgary before joining Spectrum Family Law in Edmonton. His recent results include a successful cross-application resisting a child abduction allegation and permitting the relocation of a child from Saskatchewan to Alberta, and several retroactive and interim child support applications before the Alberta Court of Justice and Court of King's Bench.
