About Brad

Brad Kudar began his legal career in Toronto and moved to Calgary in 2006, and has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta as well as the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. He has developed a significant insurance litigation practice representing insurers, with his work concentrated on personal injury litigation from motor vehicle and industrial accidents and occupiers' liability incidents, catastrophic injury and fatality claims, disability claims, product liability, professional liability and construction litigation. On construction matters, he represents developers, contractors and homeowners in contract disputes, delay claims and builders' liens. Brad regularly gives client seminars and has volunteered as a CPLED evaluator.
