About Kirk

Kirk Knudsen graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2016 and was named recipient of Hockey Canada's Bill Hay Future Leaders Internship the following year. He articled at Pinx & Co under Sheldon Pinx, KC, gaining experience in criminal and quasi-criminal law before joining Wolson Roitenberg Robinson Wolson in the fall of 2023. Knudsen was called to the Manitoba bar in 2020 and represents clients facing charges under the Criminal Code, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the Tobacco Tax Act, and the Highway Traffic Act. He has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba and has defended clients in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.
