About Kimberly

Kimberly Darling was called to the BC Bar in 2000 and practised general civil litigation until 2008, when she joined the Office of the Provost at UBC Okanagan. She returned to private practice at Kent Employment Law in 2018 and now focuses on employment matters before the civil courts, the Human Rights Tribunal and the Employment Standards Tribunal, acting for both employers and employees from the Okanagan.
