About Jessie

Jessie Khatkar earned her LL.B with Honours in the United Kingdom and holds both Canadian and British citizenship. She was called to the bar in 2023 and articled at a boutique family law practice, advising clients, negotiating settlements and litigating in the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia. She now focuses on workplace discrimination and wrongful dismissal matters, as well as proactive risk management advice for employers.
