About David

David Mardiros has practised law for more than 40 years across BC, Western Australia and Ontario, working as a litigator, lecturer, consultant and anthropologist. For the past 25 years his practice has centred on workplace law, advising trade unions on collective bargaining, grievance mediation and arbitration and human rights, and representing employees in wrongful dismissal claims. He also assists First Nations communities, non-profits, and regulated professionals such as nurses, teachers and psychologists facing licensing or disciplinary matters, and holds an MA in Social Anthropology.
