Michael Penner has more than 20 years of experience representing union and non-union employees in matters including termination, severance negotiation, discriminatory treatment and workplace harassment. Based in Victoria, BC, he has worked extensively in Nunavut, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories since 2001, representing clients in the public sector, municipal governments, health care and mining, and is also a qualified labour arbitrator.
