Julia Herzog is a Barrister and Solicitor licensed in British Columbia and an Attorney at Law licensed in New York, practicing immigration and citizenship law from Vancouver Island. She helps clients with waivers of inadmissibility to the US, temporary resident permits and rehabilitation applications to Canada, and immigration through employment or family sponsorship for health care workers, start-up companies, entertainers, athletes and other professionals. Herzog has particular expertise in multi-generational citizenship claims, combining legal research with genealogical research to establish clients' claims to Canadian or US citizenship. Her criminal law background includes work as a provincial and federal Crown prosecutor in Ontario and British Columbia, which informs her work on criminal inadmissibility issues. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the New York State Bar, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
