About Brent
Brent Kitzke was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1979 after earning a bachelor of arts degree in economics and a law degree, both from the University of Victoria. He became a partner at Stevenson Doell in 1984 and has more than 40 years of experience across Provincial Court, the Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. His practice spans personal injury, family law, and wills, estates, and real estate matters. Kitzke acted for the successful party in Mailhot v. Mailhot, a Court of Appeal decision on pension and asset division that has been cited more than 90 times. Outside the office, he plays guitar and piano and is an avid motorcyclist.
