About Jessica
Jessica West is an associate at Crease Harman LLP practising family law, with particular emphasis on cases involving family violence, using a trauma-informed approach and experience at the intersection of family and immigration law. Before law she worked for six years as an outreach worker supporting women who had experienced intimate-partner abuse, and she completed a co-op with a children's rights organization and a term at The Law Centre serving low-income clients. Originally from Edmonton and a 15-year BC resident, she articled at Crease Harman and was called to the bar in 2025.
