About Kim

Kim is an immigration lawyer in Moncton with an expansive practice in business immigration, supporting individuals and businesses with temporary resident visas, study and work permits, and applications for permanent residency and citizenship. She has experience advising corporations on labour market impact assessment applications, start-up visa applications, and Atlantic Immigration Program designations, and has a particular interest in assisting francophone clients through the Francophone Mobility Program and related pathways. Kim is a board member of the New Brunswick Refugee Clinic, which provides free bilingual legal services to refugee claimants, and of Read NB, a literacy-focused charity. She earned her J.D. from the Université de Moncton in 2021 and a B.B.A. in Accounting from the same university in 2018, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2022.
