About Kevin

Kevin Kaczmara is a partner at Rusonik, O'Connor, Ross, Hershberg, Ghebrai & MacDonald LLP, a criminal defence firm. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and completed his articles at the firm before becoming a partner. Kevin has a particular interest in cases involving the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and regularly conducts trials in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, taking cases across the province. He is a volunteer coach for the Ontario Justice Education Network's high school mock-trial competition, whose team won the Toronto city championship in spring 2021, and he frequently gives guest lectures on criminal law topics. Kevin is fluent in English and Polish.
