About Andrew

Andrew Domacina defends clients' rights and freedoms with a particular focus on Charter litigation, having obtained favourable outcomes in firearm, drug, organized crime, robbery, and sexual assault cases. His commitment to criminal defence stems partly from witnessing inequities in the justice system firsthand, and he believes every client deserves a vigorous defence regardless of the size of their case. He earned his Juris Doctor from Lakehead University with First Class Standing after completing a specialized honours B.A. in political science and kinesiology at York University, while also building a career in security management. Before becoming a partner at his current firm, he gained substantial litigation experience at a high-volume criminal defence practice. Andrew regularly appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and belongs to the Criminal Lawyers Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Durham Region Law Association.
