About Anthony

Anthony Robbins was educated in London, England before coming to Canada, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with distinction and then attended Osgoode Hall Law School. He discovered his interest in criminal law early, working as a division leader for a community legal aid program during his studies. For more than twenty-five years he has defended people facing criminal charges, and he joined the firm now known as Rusonik, O'Connor, Ross, Hershberg, Ghebrai & MacDonald LLP in 2011 after founding and running his own firm, Robbins and Associates, from 1991. He has defended homicide cases since 1992 and has handled 30 murder trials, with only two ending in conviction. His practice also covers narcotics, firearms, sexual assault, fraud and domestic assault charges, and he has set precedents in cases such as R. v. Keifer and R. v. Smart.
