About Jennifer

Jennifer Heath is a lawyer at Piccolo Heath LLP with nearly 20 years of experience advising organizations of every size and sector on workplace issues. She considers both the technical side of the law and the human element when guiding clients, and her work includes advising on complex individual and group terminations, defending against wrongful and constructive dismissal and discrimination claims, managing sensitive disability accommodation issues, and overseeing harassment investigations. Growing up in a family business, she learned early lessons in employee and customer relations that still inform her practice today. She holds a BSc and an LL.B. and is described as a seasoned litigator who knows when to negotiate rather than push a matter to court.
