About Kevin

Kevin Cooke is a partner in Cunningham Swan's litigation group with a focus on insurance defence litigation. He obtained his undergraduate degree in political studies from Queen's University, a master's degree from the London School of Economics, and his J.D. from the University of Windsor. He articled and practised briefly in Toronto before returning to Kingston, where he built a practice in complex insurance disputes, municipal defence litigation, and life and disability insurance litigation, appearing at all levels of court in Ontario including the Court of Appeal. He is a past president of the Frontenac Law Association and a sessional instructor at Queen's Law School.
