R. Michael Rodé is a criminal lawyer based in Kingston who defends clients facing criminal and quasi-criminal charges across Eastern Ontario. He's a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Criminal Lawyers' Association, the Kingston Criminal Defence Lawyers' Association, the Canadian Prison Lawyers' Association, and the Mental Health Legal Committee. He has appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has defended clients charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Criminal Code, and the Provincial Offences Act.
