About Kevin

Kevin Bruce is a partner at TDS practising primarily in corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on banking and finance for both financial institutions and borrowers, commercial real estate and development matters, and acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and reorganizations. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia in 2012 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2018, where he was named a Dean's List student and Pitblado Scholar and won several academic prizes. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2019. Kevin served as a Director of Swim Manitoba from 2021 to 2023 and is a member of the Manitoba Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
