About Kerry

Kerry E. Doyle brings more than twenty-five years in immigration and refugee law and policy to her Boston practice. She most recently served as Deputy General Counsel at the Department of Homeland Security, overseeing its immigration portfolio, after a presidential appointment as ICE's Principal Legal Advisor leading over 1,700 attorneys. She was later appointed an Immigration Judge in Chelmsford, Massachusetts before that post was cut short by federal staffing reductions. Earlier in her career she ran a small firm focused on complex removal cases and taught refugee and asylum law at the University of Miami and immigration law at Suffolk University. She holds a J.D. cum laude from American University's Washington College of Law.
