About Arielle
Arielle Di Iulio joined Mills & Mills LLP in 2023 as an associate in estate litigation, after being called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. Her practice covers estates, wills, trusts, and capacity disputes, and she represents clients before all levels of court in Ontario on matters such as will challenges, trust interpretation, passing of accounts, dependant's support claims, and guardianship applications. She also advises trustees and fiduciaries on estate and trust administration, including certificate of appointment applications. Before joining the firm, she worked at a national full-service firm in commercial litigation with a focus on estates disputes, and earlier practiced at a downtown Toronto boutique known for estate litigation. She also has experience with the Office of the Children's Lawyer and the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee. Arielle holds a J.D. and a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, along with an honours B.Sc. in psychology and sociology from the same school.
