About Kenneth
Kenneth Soe is a Vancouver-based associate at Eyford Partners LLP practising general insurance defence litigation, including motor vehicle accident, occupiers liability, and product liability claims, as well as commercial litigation. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and he advises out-of-province insurers on coverage issues under BC's no-fault motor vehicle legislation. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University, and he was called to the British Columbia bar in 2019. During law school he served as Executive Director of the Law Students' Legal Advice Program and is currently Vice-President of the Greater Vancouver Law Students' Legal Advice Society.
