About David

David Camp is a partner at Eyford Partners who has practised Indigenous law for more than 40 years, having been called to the British Columbia bar in 1981. He advises First Nations, resource companies, Crown corporations, developers, financial institutions, and utilities on environmental approvals, impact benefit agreements, treaty issues, and rights of way. His work has touched major projects including residential developments on reserve land, port developments, LNG projects, and pipelines. He has been recognized in Chambers Canada, the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, and the Best Lawyers in Canada for Aboriginal law. David holds a BA from the University of Toronto (1973), a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge (1979), and an LLB from Dalhousie University (1980).
